PGF Future Stars Golf Skills ProgramThis program is run in conjunction with PGF. We have jointly developed a golf skills challenge. This will be run with every ACT/NSW Golf Scholarship Program mentioned above. This program allows kids to measure their golf skills against other kids of same skill level from all over Australia. Results are obtained at the end of each ACT/NSW Golf Scholarship Program. Results will be measured each term & also on a yearly basis (depending on the program). Results will be posted on this website. Each year the winning school will receive prizes to acknowledge the achievements of children attending their school. Capital Golf Course - Introduction to Capital ProgramThe object of our program is to introduce juniors to golf and to eventually prepare them for 18 holes & obtaining a club handicap. The Junior competition is held each Sunday (meet at 2.30 hit off by 3pm). 9 holes only 10 shot rule. Players can tee up of prefer lie or play as it lies depending on ability. To join this program you need to have either played before, gone through a junior program or have had lessons. Pitch and PuttThe last week of every term based month we play our 9 hole pitch and putt competition for trophies. Braidwood Golf Club, Wednesday afternoons minimum 3 hole competition and clinic Cost$15 + $2 comp fee (Members $2). For every green fee of $15 if they decide to join, then that amount will be deducted from the cost of your membership...eg: play 3 times ($45) cost to join for someone who is under 16 years old normal fee is $130, less $45 already paid in fees, net cost for membership is now only $85. We encourage parents to join also, and from time to time the kids will receive free tuition to keep them on track.
